  • Get Paid By Using Free Content

    Another income generator that is often overlooked are companies that will pay you for using their content.  One program for business and personal blogs, is the Voxant Network (<http://www.thenewsroom.com>).  The Voxant Network is a leading news provider that prides itself on having the most current global headlines.

    These headlines cover almost any topic or category that one could imagine.  The sites entertainment headlines report the latest movie, television, and music information along with some of the juiciest celebrity gossip.  Finance headlines deal with stocks, banking, real estate, and any other industry that is being affected by finances.  There are also world news headlines and you can also find your own local news. The Voxant Network gets its news from the following sources:

    Associated Press
    AFP
    CBS
    NHL
    MTV
    The Wall Street Journal

    These are only a few of the most recognized sources.  The network constantly searches for, and screens, quality content so that you don’t have to.  Now blog owners don’t have to waste time searching through headlines for relevant, researched, news and information.

    Once you find headlines that will appeal to your readers or fit in with your existing blog content you can then choose what format you want to post the content in.  You can use the text player but there are also streaming videos and high quality images.  These images are extremely popular on  celebrity and entertainment related sites.

    The network then pays you, the blogger, for each page impression that their news content receives.  That means that each and every time a visitor goes to your site and the voxant content is loaded into their browser you are earning money.  The payout varies depending on the content and you are also paid for referrals.  The payout schedule is as follows:

    Video Feeds:  $4.00 CPM
    Video Story:  $3.00 CPM
    Text Story:  $1.00 CPM
    Image:  $1.00 CPM

    This might not seem like a lot of money at first, but once you factor in your traffic and the fact that you are essentially getting paid to use free content and they are all passive income, the value increases.

    I think the key is to p resent it as new content and one method is to spend some time rewriting. One site I’ve found to generate income online is at http://www.flixya.com. It’s a great site for sharing videos, photos and blogs and making friends! Check it out? :P

    Hello All,

    I found a video on voxant that fit with a segment of my website market, and put it up on 20 or 25 pages on Sunday, and just for kicks I checked voxant to see if there had been any traffic, and low and behold, the video had been downloaded 5 times in about 36 hours, netting me $.04. However, I have placed the video right between links to affiliate programs, and am betting that I get some more interest in those programs after the video. Good idea. Mike Logan

    After so many weeks I am able to find a blog providing good information about the affiliate programs. I am glad to see that there are still few persons on the internet who are NOT using auto blog posters. Creating a blog like yours and maintaining it are difficult tasks but you managed it. Ok! Come to the point. However, you have tried to give good information about affiliate programs but I am still against affiliate programs. I mean fault is not in the affiliate programs but in the people. They do not want to work hard and leave the programs after some time. Now, you might be thinking, if I am against affiliate programs then why I am here at your blog. Actually I am doing some sort of research on affiliate programs and when started reading your blog, I sticked to it and could not stop myself writing comment. I am not so much against affiliate programs, but my nature is a sort of experimenting. I keep on doing experiments for making money in new ways. If you visit my website, clicking on my name in this comment then you are bound to get amazed.
