  • Some blog monetizing stats – coincident or industry standard

There is an interesting stat between blog readers and blog income, that is $1 per reader per month from your blog. For examples, JohnChow.com has got around 30k readers and the monthly income is around $30k, ZacJohnson.com has a reader count of 3743 and its income for the month of August was around $4000, Blueverse.com with 842 readers and the income for August was around $800. So if you can get $1 per month out of your reader number, you are doing just fine. Otherwise, you need to improve your monetizing skill to make the most out of your hard work of blogging.

  1. Interesting.

Looks like you just made $1

  2. Sorry I might not make it clear here, the readers number actually means the feedburner subscribed readers number, not just the ad-hoc site readers.

  3. Here’s another buck from me!
